Re: Moldy Crow

I think all the reference materials from DF 2 are in either this thread or the reference material thread. As for showing the two of them in the cockpit, I think there's a couple of shots, but they are not clear. SPOILER ALERT - the crow is destroyed at the end of DF2 and they have a different ship when Outcast comes along, and all cinematics were in engine, not filmed.

Re: Moldy Crow

Oh so those are brand new caps.. cool... i dont think i can beat that as my DF game discs are on permanent loan to my younger brother...

So im not so caught up on all the game stuff these days, but i did see a walkthrough or review of Duke nukem 1, and they used a program to improve resolution and some details... they may have had a patch ... but maybe someone has done that with DF2?

Well this is one of those cool ships that would be great to see all SWDA'd...

But what if we reversed polarity on the neutron flow? Surely that would help with the resolution!

Re: Moldy Crow

I think I'm going to make my own version of this and host it on another site, because I have a very clear vision of how the ship is arranged and I just can't wrap my head around another one. And one of the arrangements is the hatch on the undercut being the entry hatch. I won't force my interpretation of the ship on you or anyone else, I just don't want to apply myself to working on my version of it here if it won't be accepted, if that makes sense. I hope that's okay. I just find it easier to work on a project when I have autonomy.

BTW, I would reply to the PM you sent me, but it isn't in my inbox for some reason despite popping up in my email... Not sure what's up with that.

Oh. Well, I would not say that any version you make would not be accepted. It's just that the gist of the conversations about this ship were about what we see in the games vs. what we read in the books and I will admit that I got my hackles up a bit back in the day.

If you prefer to work on the project in your own way, I won't fight you on that and will respect your decision, but I do hope that you will share with us what you are working on so that we can enjoy your interpretation as well.

Thanks for letting us know. I appreciate that.

regards
