Nubian Star Drives H-Type Yacht

https://ibb.co/Jn37Whr

Had a little free time today and thought this would be an easy project since there are very few details on the ship but curves are a pain.

Still kinda a rough draft but i had to stop messing with it for a bit, and thought id post anyways.

it's a nice start, are you using any particular reference material? What about scale? I look forward to seeing more of this ship.

I've always thought the Nubian ships were cool and elegant looking. emoticon

but where you are hosting that image is a little odd - I get old ascii website format text overlayed on it when I click the link. I grabbed the image and looked at in my image editor and it's filtered, so that is not the original work.

I recommend using imgur to host images, it's free and easy to use as well as hugely popular, AND it does not derez images.

I've been using the new essential guide to vehicles and vessels to assist me with the side view since is has pretty decent schematics of the side and front view since those are the areas I usually dont focu on

I found a pretty high res scan of its page in the incredible cross sections book that I will likely be using for the interior

Scale is in m20
Most sources I've found list it at:

47.9m length
8.1m width
7.1m height

I will be trying to keep it at that size unless there is a very obvious flaw with the source material

Noted on image hosting. I will try to rember to get it up on imgur
For my next update if that's the preference
