Happy new year everyone...

The link is fixed.

The exterior has only markings from a local transport company. Like on my repulsor train (see here).

The interior is outfitted for 14 "elite passengers" with individual cabins. To fit all cabins into the maindeck it has to be expanded to the rear wall of the fuselage.

Each cabin contains a armchair which can be converted in a bed. In the sideboard a folding table and a large screen for an external view (like a window) are included. For entertainment a screen in front of the chair is mounted.

Just behin the entrance a small galley is included for passenger service.

Also at the entrance a luggage droid is mounted. Here the passengers can hand over their luggage and the droid stores it below the deck in the crawlspace.

Happy New Year to you too! Love what you did with this thing and glad someone finally stepped up to finish it! Also, love the simplicity of the wing-folding mechanism...makes mine look all primitive on the Dragon Moth! I need to get back to the drawing board and redesign it...AGAIN emoticon

Re: Lambda Shuttle

Thank you all...

And here comes the last variant I want to design. Tha "Cargo Transport".

The most obvious chane on the exterior vieas are the tractor beam projector for pulling carco containers around the galaxy and a cargo loading lift.

Exterior Flight View

Exterior Landed View

The changes on the interior view are the follwing. On the expanded maindeck a cargo loading, handling and locking system is installed. This allows to move the cargo directly from the lift to the desired position and lock it in place. It is cortrolled via the cargo management console directly behin the entrance.

In the crawlspace the cargo loading lidt has its drivers an the tractor beam projecte has its power generator.

Interior View

I hope you like all the variants of the Lambda Shuttle. Please fell free to use it for your modifications. A military alternative is proposed to have 10 Taim & Bak KX5 laser cannons (8 forward, 2 aft).

Since I have started this drawing back in 2006 this project has always pursued me and I think I will not touch it anymore. I will go on with other ideas which are already in my head. emoticon

Yes, you are higly welcome to add the shuttle to the gallery.

Honestly not adding finished ships to the gallery was somehow killing my motivation. All the nicely done ships disappeared in the dephs of the forum.

I hear ya man. I want to be able to articulate the gallery in such a way that WIPs can be easily accessed as well as finished stuff, but in the same kind of format. I haven't settled on a design yet, but I want it to all fit together smoothly.
